Boutique Jani France exchanges or refunds products purchased online, under certain conditions. Refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the shipping date, either by mail or in store. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Returned merchandise must not have been worn or washed. It must be in good condition and in its original packaging, with the price tags.
We do not exchange or refund intimate apparel and swimwear, including bras and underwear.
For your protection and that of other customers, you are asked to keep your underwear on when trying on any product until you are sure the size and style are right for you.
Any merchandise on sale is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
If your purchase total was over 100.00 $ (before taxes) and you received our free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Boutique Jani France reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund of merchandise if one of the criteria mentioned above is not met. Likewise, any garment that appears to have been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way will not be refunded or exchanged. Items received in this manner will be returned to the customer and no credit will be given.
Procedure for returns by post
Please note that we only offer size or color exchanges. To order a different item, you must first return and get a refund (following our refund procedure), then go to our website to order a new item. You can return your items by post to the following address, specifying the order number:

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, unless defective merchandise is returned, or in the event of an error on our part. In this case, the return can only be made by post. If your purchase was over 100.00 $ (before taxes) and you received free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Procedure for in-store returns
You can make a return or get a refund by going to our Boutique, within 10 days of the date of shipment. Some exceptions apply, so please read the following carefully. For any exchange or refund in store, please come in person with the following items:
The original delivery note;
The credit card used when placing your order;
The item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the price tags have not been removed.
If your purchase was over 100.00 $ (before taxes) and you received free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Return with original receipt: You will get a refund to the original method of payment. Failing to present, the same credit card used to place your order online, a gift card or a credit note will be given to you.
Return of merchandise on sale: All merchandise on sale is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
